The new BRxXF series are axial lead medium current diodes, an enhanced version of BR Series.
Developed by our partner Dean Technology, the series offers several benefits.
Key features
- 2 to 10kV, 600 to 1500mA, 40nS
- Faster Reverse Recovery Than Regular BR Series
- Higher Forward Surge (IFSM) Rating
- Lower Leakage Current
- Molded Plastic Body, ANSI/UL94 V-0 Rated Material
Further, these diodes are offered in the same package size at the existing BR Series and are compliant to the RoHS directive.
