“In fulfilment of the decree of the Italian Council of Ministers Minister dated April 26th and associated addendums, starting from this week Dimac Red is shipping to all Customers without restrictions. Our warehouse is fully operative.
Some employees started on May 7th to go to the office once or twice per week. The rest of the week they will continue to work remotely from home. This allows to effectively implement all the proper and recommended actions in order to guarantee the Duty of Care of all our Employees and to the personnel of the Carriers.
We are diligently following the instructions and guidelines provided by our Government.
I take this opportunity to confirm that Dimac Red Team is healthy and happy to daily support our Customers and their business with accountability, passion and empathy. Over the past two months, we performed dozens of remote meetings, trainings and webinars through conference calls (e.g. GoToMeeting, WebEx, Phone Calls etc.) as alternative approach to our usual business practice. We will continue to offer this service for long: new approaches based on smart technologies will be an additional approach to our usual business practice, based on face to face meetings with Customers and Suppliers.
