Our CEO leaves a message to let you know you can rely on Dimac Red Team
“I want to confirm that Dimac Red Team is still healthy and operative. We want to continue to support our customers and their business with accountability, passion and empathy. We are daily offering meetings, training and webinars through conference calls (e.g. GoToMeeting, WebEx, Phone Calls etc.) as an alternative approach to our usual business practice.
As reflected in the clarifications to the legislative decree of the President of the Italian Council of Ministers dated March 22nd 2020 and the associated addendum, only some deliveries to some special Customers are allowed (e.g. Companies manufacturing medical equipment). This means that our warehouse is only moderately operating.
All the proper and recommended actions in order to guarantee the Duty of Care of all our Employees and to the personnel of the Carriers have been implemented.
We are diligently following the instructions and guidelines provided by our Government.
