Central Semiconductor unveils a complete family of SiC Diodes at 650 and 1200 V, with currents up to 50Amp. This series is optimized for high-temperature applications and characterized by the high efficiency of this technology, which allows for extremely low dispersion and minimal changes in switching characteristics over Temperature. In case of high Temp Applications, they can offer also the solution with a package.
Thanks to these characteristics, these solutions are applicable to Inverters, Motor Drives, Switching converters, and PFC, over current protections.
