HFC150-W/G
Firstly, the isolated DC/DC converter HFC150-W/G with IP20 housing shows a new design with 150 W continuous power, without derating, in the temperature range from -40 to 85 °C according to EN 50155.
The plug-and-play converter complies with EMC according to EN 50121-3-2 without any additional filtering.
HFC100-W
Secondly, the new HFC100-W completes the family of railway DC/DC converters with ultra-wide input voltage. The brand new converter with 100 Watt output has an input range between 14,4…154 VDC and sets new standards in its class. Furthermore, the advantages are the compact design (140x100x27 mm) and the compliance with the requirements of the EN 50155 and EN 50121-3-2.
Features
This Autronic plug-and-play solution shows an efficiency of 92%. All European input voltages are covered with only one converter. As a result, the design is easy and an additional heat sink is unnecessary. The EMC criteria for railway according to EN 50121-3-2, as well as radiated emissions, surge, burst, and ESD compliance with EN 50155 is provided without additional components. A further feature is the active inrush current limitation (10 A). Then the active polarity protection and the protection against overvoltage, overtemperature, and overcurrent. The 10 ms hold-up time is integrated as well as an adjustment of the output voltage of ±10% or the operation up to three converters in parallel.
This galvanic isolated and conformal coated HFC100-W/G can function with 100 W to temperature without any derating up to 70°C and 10 minutes up to 85°C. The material of the PCB is proofed according to EN 45545-2 (R25, HL 3).
Besides the version with IP20-casing and open frame version with 12V or 24V output voltage are available for the DIN-Rail mounting. Other outputs on request.
