We are pleased to share the latest updates from our partner, Dean Technology, Inc. (DTI).
Dean have just expanded their medium power high voltage diode line with two new additions: the FH Series and SH Series.
Conceptualized using the technology of the legacy 2CL series, these new solutions offer higher current capabilities and significantly faster reverse recovery times.
Technical Details:
- FH Series (Fast Recovery): Ideal for critical performance requirements. It offers a max reverse recovery time (TRR) of 40ns (significantly faster than the 100ns of its predecessors), with a VRRM range of 2 to 30kV and currents from 100 to 700mA.
- SH Series (Standard Recovery): Features a VRRM range from 8 to 15kV with average forward currents of 200 to 350mA.
These components are optimized for demanding applications such as X-ray equipment (medical, dental, industrial, and security), induction heating, and high voltage power supplies.
