MAG-TDC00002 (Time-to-Digital Converter)
The only patented radiation-hardened, ITAR-free TDC (TID 100 krad; SEL/SEU 62.5 MeV∙cm²/mg). Picosecond resolution (single shot precision<8ps; dead zone 0-3ps), low consumption and self-calibration capability for stable and accurate operations in LiDAR, 2D Mass spectroscopy, clock distribution, Quantum Key Distribution, Time of flight.
MAG‑PLL00002 (Phase Locked Loop)
Fully integrated, programmable PLL with digital loop filter and digitally controlled oscillator. It delivers low jitter, low noise, and maintains lock integrity under TID and SEE. All loop components are integrated for a small form factor. Supports integer‑N / fractional‑N modes with a 1 MHz–5 GHz tuning range and versatile output drivers. Completely ITAR‑free, version 100 kRad (GEO) e 30 kRad (LEO).
MAG-POS00002 (Position Sensing IC)
Rad‑hard position‑sensing IC for resolver and LVDT readout, designed for space mechanisms and AOCS. Provides high‑accuracy angle/position decoding, SEE/TID robustness, and stable performance in harsh environments. Integrates excitation generation, signal conditioning, and digital processing for a compact, low‑power solution.
